Paté

The heart of Campo d’Oro's production is its fine array of 23 vegetable and seafood based Patés.These spreadable  patés are as versatile as they are delicious. Excellent used for bruschetta, smoothed onto warm bread or as an indulgent buffet dip. They are also a simple but tasty addition to pasta and rice dishes.Transform vegetarian vegetables with our 'Hot paté' or marinate your chicken skewers with our 'Pepper and Almond Paté'.

Seafood

Our Seafood selection uses typical products from the Mediterranean tradition, processed from fresh ingredients and without the addition of any artificial chemicals or additives. Marmalades, Honeys & Gelées

Our line of Marmalades are produced only with the freshest fruit, adding only a small amount of sugar and fruit pectin. Perfect as a dessert, for a special breakfast or for rustic tarts. The Orange Blossom Honey and the Honey with Whole Almonds are a wonderful compliment to the tasting of cheese and typical wines. The Wine Gelées are made with the most traditional Sicilian wines and are excellent with cheese and fruit.

Herbs, Aromas and Spices

Dried, whole or minced, in pots or bags, they add a special touch to each dish, exalting the taste of the different ingredients; the line also includes  blends of dried vegetables and aromatic herbs, studied to season pasta dishes.
